Healthier Ways To Eat Dessert

 

Dessert always identic with sweet and sugar.

There are many kinds of dessert such as cakes , puddings , ice cream , chocolate , etc .

Because dessert is identic with sugar, lots of people thought that dessert would cause negative effect such as diabetic, overweight, and other negative perception.

Women are very concerned with the beauty of the body , they will try their best , do any possible things to prevent and repair their body from fat and diabetic.

Then , how about women who really love to eat dessert ?Actually, not only women but men also, they love to eat dessert but they fear of getting fat and diabetic.

Don't worry...

 You don't have to worry since there are several ways to consume a healthy dessert .You are free to consume any favourite dessert without having to feel afraid about getting fat Here are some ways to eat more healthy dessert :

1 . Fruit Salad

Fruit salad can be an alternative healthy dessert to eat . But be carefull with the the fruit and sauce. Try not to use mayonnaise or thousand islands because of both aren't healthy  , replace it with fresh fruit juice or plain yogurt .A combination of banana , mango , and berries are quite healthy and delicious .In order not to get bored , change periodically combination of fruit with apple , watermnelon , and kiwi for the following week .

2 . Enrobées de chocolat fruits

 
This dessert is fresh fruit which isdipped into chocolate .Rather than consuming cakes which containing fat and high cholesterol , if you want to eat chocolate you can use fresh fruit such as apples , strawberries , kiwi , bananas , and berries, then dipped it into dark chocolate . In addition to be more healthy , dark chocolate was able to prevent stress , high blood pressure and cholesterol .

3 . Smoothies



Dessert would be perfect for your tiring day . Smoothies is one of the best options. Pick your favorite fruits such as banana , mango , kiwi , berries , peaches and etc . Combine 1-2 kinds of fruit with 1/2 cup plain yogurt, mix it . 
A glass of fresh smoothies can increase your energy during the hot day .
